Poori’s are made out of whole Wheat Atta, Rava, Refined Oil, R.O. water and Salt. This Poori dough is kneaded to a special combination to give homemade taste and to retain buffing to certain time. The process of making Poori’s in our factory is so hygienic and all safety standards are adopted during the operation. Employees will use head cap, mask and hand gloves during the operation. Each dough ball is properly weighted and pressed in suitable temperature with timing.

The diameter of the poori and thickness will be maintained uniformly for all Poori’s. Then it is cooled to room temperature and sorted out for any defects. Then it is powdered for non-sticking and packed in multi-layer laminated plastic cover. Chola Poori is also specially made to customer specification.
