Paratha is made out of Maida, Veg refined oil, R.O. water and
Salt. This dough is specially kneaded to our specification to give softness.
The process of making paratha in our factory is so hygienic and all safety
standards are adopted during the operations. Generally, Paratha making is a
hand work and its quality lies in spreading of sheet form in a thin layer
type by throwing many times by hand. Only skilled people can do it. To bring
the layers and softness in paratha, we are using highly trained people in
our factory to give the customer satisfaction.
After initial operations are over, Parathas are pressed and pre heated in a
Dosa plate and cooked to certain temperature with time. Then it will be
allowed to cool to room temperature and packed in multi-layer laminated
gravure printed plastic cover in “Semi Cooked Form”.
